Maca Mango Bliss

  • High speed blender


  • 1 cup Spinach
  • ½ cup Mango
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tsp Maca powder
  • ¼ tsp Ground turmeric
  • ¼ cup Mixed nuts/ seeds*
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed
  • ½ Juice of a lime
  • Water


  • Place all ingredients, apart from the water in a blender or the tall cup of a bullet blender.
  • Fill the blender to the 750ml mark or the max line on the tall bullet cup.
  • Blend the smoothie for approximately 30 seconds or until smooth; enjoy!


*May substitute 2 tbsps of nut butter
