Blueberry Spirulina Smoothie

  • High speed blender


  • 1 cup Kale
  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • 1 Banana
  • ¼ cup Mixed nuts/ seeds*
  • 1 tsp Spirulina
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed
  • ½ Juice of a lime
  • Water


  • Place all ingredients, apart from the water, into the blender or the tall cup of a bullet blender.
  • Fill the blender with water up to the 750ml mark or max line on a 750ml capacity bullet cup.
  • Blend for approximately 30 seconds or until smooth, enjoy!


* May substitute for 2 tbsps of nut butter.
